Monday, Sept. 29 Loreto

After Sirilo our driver headed to Loreto where we toured the church of the Holy House. This is the house from Nazareth where Mary grew up and where Mary, Joseph and Jesus lived. It is believed that a rich family had the house moved stone by stone from Nazareth to Loreto, Italy. It was reassembled in Loreto and a huge church was built around it.
