Tuesday, Sept. 30 A day in Florence

Tuesday began with a very small coffee then we toured a museum and learned about Michelangelo. We saw the statue of David and some of the unfinished work from Michelangelo. Apparently if you failed to pay him promptly he stopped work on your statue and it sat unfinished. We also saw one of his first pietas
